A shop would always want its patrons to refer good customers for their services and products. Although such referrals would always be a factor of quality and experience. Still, we believe that if our patrons are referring our name to their friends and colleagues, we must patronise them in whatever modest possible way, we can.
Hence we have planned a very simple Referral Program for all out registered patrons. Under this program, any purchase done by a referral would entitle his / her referrer for a Referral Bonus, which can be directly utilised for any future purchases.
Programs details:- •
Only a registered customer can be a referrer
• There is no condition of min. purchase for referrer
• Referral Bonus will be calculated on a quarterly basis (as per the following table

• Referral Bonus will be calculated as per following table
| No. of Active Referrals | %age of Net Purchase as Bonus |
| 1 to 5 active referrals | 2% |
| 6 to 10 active referrals | 4% |
| 11 and above active referrals | 7% |
• A Referral code is generated for all members right at the time of registration.
• A referral once registered will remain referral for life time, under the same referrer.
• A min. purchase of Rs. 1000 /- is required for referral to be taken into calculation and to be qualified as an active referral.
e.g., someone has referred 10 referrals to us, but out of those 10 referrals, only 8 have done any purchases in any single quarter. Out of those 8, 2 referrals have purchases less than Rs. 1000 /-, then active referrals would be counted as only 6. And all purchases done by those 6 referrals only would be taken into calculation for bonus
• Any kind of taxes would not contribute towards the total calculations.
• Any Kind of Bonus utilised in any purchase would also not be part of calculations.
• Referral Bonus earned upto 31st Oct of any year need to be utilised or consumed in purchases before 30th Sep of the next year.
• Company reserves the right to alter the program as per the future needs and requirements of the organisation
• In any circumstances, calculations with regard to Referral bonus will not be shared with any referrer, as we can’t divulge our other patron’s purchase details to anyone else, even if they have been referred by the same person.
• The purpose of this Referral program is purely to encourage our customers for referring more customers, but in any manner, we shall not be compromising on the personal information of any referral to their referrers.
